Position Summary and Objective The Emergency Response/Protective Services Agent provides surveillance, EMT services, physical security, and other protective services. This position is based in a designated geographic region and supports the security team in client coverage and protection activities at a specific site. *Females are encouraged to apply. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Provide close protection and security duties during domestic or global assignments. Perform local travel advances to review routes, arrivals, departures, and threat vulnerabilities. Operate effectively in various environments to ensure safety protocols are followed. Transport clients or family members securely to events and appointments. Manage family members' safety and security precautions. Respond to emergencies and perform medical first aid as needed. De-escalate tense situations during missions. Promptly communicate vulnerabilities or safety concerns. Report incidents and administrative details accurately. Assist with protection schedules and team assignments. Operate and maintain protective and communication equipment. Identify and escalate deficiencies or failures promptly. Prepare mission plans and complete reports on time. Support intelligence and other duties within the Command Post. Provide static protection at designated sites. Manage client safety and security effectively. Conduct area patrols and report suspicious activity. Operate protective, operational, and communication equipment, including vehicles. Identify security gaps and escalate issues. Perform other duties as assigned. Competencies and Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop relationships on assignments. Manage multiple tasks concurrently. Maintain composure under pressure with authorities, clients, and the public. Qualifications and Education 0-3 years of executive protection experience. 5+ years of military or law enforcement experience. 3+ years in security management. Planning and surveillance experience. Basic tactical firearms experience. CCW, BSIS Security Guard, and Exposed Weapons permits. EMT-B certification and state-issued EMT license (required). Experience in crisis response. Ability to operate technology and adapt to new systems. Position Type and Schedule Part-Time, non-exempt. Available 24/7 for client tasks. May require domestic and international travel. Flexible scheduling as needed. Work Environment and Physical Demands Reasonable accommodations may be necessary. Must have close and distance vision, ability to adjust focus, and perform physical activities, including extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking. Must be available 24/7 for client tasks.
