Director Human Resources | Leadership Coach | Human Resources Business Partner This Residential Hotel Manager is responsible for managing daily hotel operations to achieve planned goals for revenue and profit while maintaining standards for guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection. The role includes providing leadership, training, direction, and support to hotel employees, and maintaining a high-quality product. The Hotel General Manager will have an incredible 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom apartment with all utilities paid. Responsibilities include: Providing market analysis and forecasts to the Revenue Management Department. Supporting sales efforts and training front desk staff on promotions. Forecasting and managing operating expenses, labor costs, and utility expenses. Adjusting expenses based on revenue forecasts to meet budget goals. Executing policies for purchasing and maintaining guest and employee satisfaction. Handling guest complaints and ensuring high satisfaction scores. Administering HR policies, conducting wage surveys, and ensuring fair treatment of employees. Maintaining product quality through hotel upkeep and preventative maintenance. Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business (or equivalent experience). 5 years as Hotel General Manager or similar management role. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for long periods, do light lifting, and work in a fast-paced environment. Must respond to multiple tasks and work flexible hours. Valid driver’s license required. General Requirements: Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Full knowledge of hotel management and operations. Effective communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
