Location: Middletown, PA
Position Type: Hybrid
Contract Length: Yearly - Ongoing
Hybrid Schedule: Onsite one week per month

This role is focused on executing and supporting data migration initiatives using SAP BODS and SAP HANA Migration Cockpit, ensuring data quality and alignment with business requirements. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires strong technical expertise in SAP data transformation tools and techniques.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience in data development
• 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS)
• Proven proficiency with SAP BODS, S/4HANA, and SQL Server
• Experience using SAP migration tools such as Migration Cockpit, IDocs, BAPI, EMIGALL, and LSMW
• Experience developing custom migration objects
• Experience migrating data for SAP modules such as Finance, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, and BRIM
• Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ABAP
• Master's degree in a related field
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BusinessObjects Data Services or equivalent certification

Duties:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data requirements and define migration strategies
• Execute and monitor data migrations, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
• Use SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) and SAP HANA Migration Cockpit for ETL processes
• Maintain clear and structured documentation according to specified formats
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for migration-related issues
• Develop custom migration objects as needed
• Leverage SAP tools including IDocs, BAPI, EMIGALL, and LSMW during migration projects
