About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources for Corporate Functions. This senior HR business partner role is pivotal in providing strategic HR support to the finance and communications organizations, including various corporate teams. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to foster a strong community, build relationships, and understand the unique talent needs and challenges within the functions. Key responsibilities include leading HR processes, driving initiatives such as staffing, performance management, and succession planning, and owning the talent management process. The role also involves executive coaching, partnering on strategic initiatives, and ensuring a positive, inclusive work environment. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years' professional HR experience, including a leadership role.
