About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Growth Program Management to lead the successful consumer-facing launch and ongoing operation of business initiatives that drive growth, revenue, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and alignment of complex, large-scale, multi-disciplinary growth initiatives, ensuring their timely and excellent execution. This role requires collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including product, engineering, decision sciences, partnerships, product marketing, MarTech, customer care, legal, finance, strategy, and content distribution teams. The VP will also be tasked with managing critical workstreams, providing a single source of truth in a highly matrixed environment, and proactively identifying and resolving program gaps and dependencies. Applicants for the Vice President, Growth Program Management position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading complex strategy, marketing, technology, or product launches, with a proven track record of managing a team of 5 or more. The role demands a leader with strong management skills, the ability to work with diverse teams, and a desire to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and business needs. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, strategic, and tactical executive, capable of influencing and coordinating team members from multiple internal departments. A culture carrier with a strong personal character, the VP will be expected to instill a culture of continuous improvement and support effective change management across teams. Program/Project Management certifications are a plus, and the candidate should have a well-developed understanding of consumer behaviors and usage patterns.
